"Walk Away From Whatever Mistreats You."
- Guy Finley

Hey -

First off I want to share one of the most amazing DVD collections for relaxation. It is called SUNRISE EARTH and you can find out about it at www.Discovery.com

It features 9 different sun rise scenes in real time. Beautiful, calming and inspiring!

The funny video of the day and certainly one of the funniest videos I have watched in awhile is
"The Best of Victor Borge"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lx4n9P4bLEo

Laughter is GREAT medicine.

I had a few light bulb moments yesterday earlier in the day. I was editing the new episode of Zentertainment Talk Radio which features Rosalind Joffe.

Rosalind is the co-author of a new book and she is a coach who specializes in helping people with chronic illness. As a long term survivor of both MS and Ulcerative Colitis, she knows a view things about the illness experience and the challenges that come with it. Her website is: www.Cicoach.com

I wanted to air this show for all of you out there who have auto-immune conditions. My hope is that this will give you a shot of strength and help you celebrate your resilience and the wonderful qualities that make you YOU.

For everyone else who listens, this episode is truly about learning from WHATEVER happens to us. That is why this episode is for us all.

Can we view each challenge we face, (whatever it is), as a metaphor?

When I am unable to do something I really want to do, can I love myself in spite of whatever emotions or symptoms I am feeling in my physical body as well as in my mind? Where else in my life do my expectations come up against limitations and can I respond in a healthy way?

When I feel mad at myself that I am still dealing with an unresolved situation, can I have patience and be gentle with myself? In what other areas of life am I hard on myself, and can I start to be a little less of a drill sergeant to me?

So each challenge I face, and each challenge you face, in the end gives you the chance to love yourself more.

Sometimes love comes so easily. I LOVE those times. They feel good, and they are as much a part of life as anything. But other times, I wonder if love is also a muscle, one that gets strengthened by what we come up against, rather than what comes to us with little effort. Maybe we become strengthened by a certain amount of tension, by the curve of the mountain.

Whatever the situation, If I allow others to mistreat me, maybe it is because in some part of me I am mistreating myself. And if I am mistreating myself, I certainly will not be kind or compassionate towards others. It goes both ways.

I often feel like this is my boot camp. I didn't sign up for kindergarten. I signed up to get my master's degree!

Now I am going to the beach for recess- and I'll catch you in awhile. In the meantime,

...tune in to hear this cool episode with Rosalind Joffe at

"Sinclair Network is the largest television network in our country. It is controlled by a former pornographer who requires all 75 of the local network stations to take a pledge that they will not report critically about this (Bush) president or the war in Iraq."
-RFK Jr.

"When we destroy nature we diminish ourselves. We impoverish our children. I don’t want my children to grow up in a world where there are no commercial fishermen on the Hudson, where it’s all Gordon Seafood and Unilever and 400 ton factory trawlers 100 miles offshore strip mining the ocean with no interface with humanity.

And where there are no family farmers left in America.

Where it’s all Smithfield and Cargill and Premium Standard farms raising animals in factories and treating their stock and their neighbors and their workers with unspeakable cruelty.

And where we’ve lost touch with the seasons and the tides and the things that connect us to the 10,000 generations of human beings that were here before there were laptops....
And that connect us ultimately to God."

-RFK Jr.

"Environmental injury is deficit spending. It’s a way of loading the cost of our generation’s prosperity on to the backs of our children."
#38
Zentertainment Talk Radio and The Omega Institute (eomega.org) feature Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

Hey everyone,

I hope you will share this important episode with all your friends and family! Because one part of my health condition has been mercury toxicity, I am passionate about educating others of the dangers of mercury. We also now hear about the connections between mercury in vaccines to autism and other health conditions.

I believe that our connection to the environment and how we treat it is how we treat ourselves. I don't think it is any coincidence that we are seeing a rise in many illnesses that are appearing today. As a country, we cannot continue to allow the biggest polluters to be rewarded and protected all because they gave money to a politician. But that is exactly what is happening.

I learned alot from listening to Robert F Kennedy Jr speak. I became more informed.

I do not think things are hopeless. We have the power to vote for politicians that will protect our environment and our health. We have the power not to invest money in companies that are polluting the world and making it more toxic.

This episode is filled with some very cool facts to know, and tons of inspiration!

=============================================================================

One out of every 4 children in NYC and in most urban areas, has asthma. The primary cause of asthma attacks is ozone particulates, and the principle source of those particulates in our atmosphere are 400 coal burning power plants that are burning coal illegally. It has been illegal for 18 years. They were supposed to have cleaned up. Many of them did. The Clinton administration was prosecuting the worst 52 of those plants criminally and civilly for violating the law.

But this is an industry that donated 156 million dollars to President Bush's party since the 2000 cycle. And one of the first things that Bush did when he came into office was to order the Justice Department and EPA to drop all those lawsuits. The top enforcers at the EPA resigned their jobs in protest. These weren't democrats. These were people who had worked through the Reagan administration and the previous Bush administration.

The top Justice attorney in charge of those cases said, "This has never happened before in American History where a presidential candidate accepts money from criminals under investigation and then awards those cases dropped after he achieves office."
Immediately after dropping those lawsuits, the White House went and abolished the New Source Rule which was the heart and soul, the central provision of the Clean Air Act. That rule is the rule that required those plants to clean up 17 years ago and it is the fundamental compromise that allowed the passage of the Clean Air Act.

If you go to EPA's website today, you will see that that decision alone, that single decision, kills 18,000 Americans every single year. Six times the number of people that were killed by the World Trade Center attack. This should be on the front page of every newspaper in this country every single day and yet you're not reading about it in the American press.

A couple of months ago EPA announced that in 19 states it is now unsafe to eat any freshwater fish in the state because of mercury contamination. We know where the mercury is coming from, those same coal burning power plants. In 48 states at least some of the fish are unsafe to eat. In fact, the only two states where all of the fish are still safe to eat are Alaska and Wyoming where republican controlled legislatures have refused to appropriate the money to test the fish. In all of the other states at least some, most or all of the fish are unsafe to eat.
“For every nine people who denounce innovation, only one will encourage it...for every nine people who do things the way they have always been done, only one will ever wonder if there is a better way...for every nine people who stand in line in front of a locked building, only one will ever come around and check the back door. "

Za Rinpoche & Ashley Nebelsieck, from the book "The Back Door to Enlightenment"

************************************************************************************************

Hey There,

What's going on in your corner of the world?

I have been thinking about the topic of impermanence.

Maybe that is because I have been going through extremely tough levels of the illness I have faced for a long time.
I am in the process of moving into a new home. My mother has been in the hospital with a possible severe case of food poisoning.

Then the tide shifts.... Yesterday my symptoms eased up thanks to a new remedy. Amen Amen.
Mom came home after a week in the hospital and is doing better. I am starting to get more comfortable with the move, although it is all still in progress.

Impermanence.

Right now I am staring out my window in the city watching the Staten Island Ferry coming in. The sun is setting.

This morning I took pictures of a beautiful sunrise in CT.

Change.

My other news is that two days ago I was filmed to be in the Oprah 2008 Magazine video. I went up to the Hearst building in midtown, which is a beautiful building. The footage is being used by the the advertising and marketing departments.

Today I just finished recording several interviews for upcoming shows sponsored by Zentertainment Talk Radio and The Omega Institute. Stay tuned for an amazing episode featuring Robert Kennedy. In this upcoming episode you will get a chance to hear what is REALLY going on in the environment and in our White House.

Stay tuned for my show featuring Zev Kedem, a Schindler Survivor surviving Adolf Hitler`s Nazi death camps. His story is so moving.

Stay tuned for an episode featuring Debbie Ford discussing the shadow, and what our dark sides can teach us.

Until then, check out the newest podcast featuring my conversation with Za Rinpoche.

Za is a Tibetan Monk who grew up in a refugee camp in Southern India. He co-authored a book called THE BACK DOOR TO ENLIGHTENMENT.

I was thinking more about what this title means to me personally.

Long ago, I was determined to walk through life and march right through the front door. I thought I had the front door figured out. For me, that front door focused on accomplishment and achievement. It was also about looking my best. The front door was that powerful "I can do anything, be anything, get anything I want" type of place. However, somewhere in that, there was also the need to impress myself... as if the more I accomplished, the more worthy I would be.

Life these past few years has been taking me to this back door. At this point I feel like I need a backdoor to the backdoor!

When that front door has shut me out or been locked, I find an opening again and again so that I can keep saying YES to life.
I have learned that the outer structures I so often rely on are impermanent. I am faced with this daily, and sometimes hourly. This certainly keep me on my toes!

The back door is humility. It is compassion for myself and then for others. It is knowing how it feels to be in a dark night of the soul and yet believe in a sunrise. Maybe we can all help each other keep believing in that.

This week if you find the front door closed or even locked, be that one person that checks the back door!

This is a pre-recorded conversation between myself and Za Rinpoche. I would love to share the conversation with you. It's just a link away-

When I dare to be powerful -
to use my strength in the service of my vision,
then it becomes less and less important
whether I am afraid.
--Audre Lorde

Hey There,

Tonite I was watching an episode of Law & Order. It use to be one of my favorite tv shows, but I don't watch it as much any more even though I still love it. My new favorite is a show on HBO called "In Treatment." Have you seen it?

Anyway, tonite's episode of Law & Order is about these two boys, brothers, smart, good looking, great kids who never get any breaks. Their mom is a heroin addict, and their entire childhoods have been spent in and out of foster homes. During those times when they are back with their mom, they get beat on by the revolving door or men she has coming in and out.

Through it all, they still love her. Isn't that amazing?

They get into an all white academy/school where the rich privileged kids complain about everything. Yet here are these two boys with so little, and they are getting straight As even against the odds.

After a party one night, they get into trouble when a gang leader sets them up to look like they did a murder they didn't do. Cut to the end of the show, and the truth comes out. They get out of jail and have a chance at life. They go to find their mom to celebrate, and she is there in a chair, dead from an overdose.

They show affected me tonite more than usual. I have been thinking alot lately about the walls that divide us, and the ways that we are all alike on the inside. Yet sometimes it seems like we couldn't be more different. Look at all the people in the world right now in this moment. Rich, poor, hungry, starving, full, intelligent, privileged, poor, abandoned, driven, ignorant, open minded, judgemental, loving, hateful, happy....

Sometimes you might go into a place and feel like the people there are nothing like you. (Maybe even in your own home)! And on the surface that might be true.

I just wonder, if I stripped everything away, my past, my upbringing, my race, gender, religion and culture, would the basic human desires and needs reveal themselves to be the same no matter what?

Why do we fear each other so much sometimes?

When we fear that "other," could it also be that somewhere inside of us, we are fearing a part of ourselves? Fearing that "there but by the grace of God do I go" part of ourselves?

One of my sisters does social work, and I admire her for that. I feel like what she does makes a difference. Tonite I was wondering, does what I do really make a difference? I am sitting here in a warm home with food to eat and clothes to wear and more options than most people in the world have, and I am airing a show on how to create a healthy home, and the importance of getting toxic chemicals away from our bodies and our planet. Does that seem sort of pathetic and unworthy of air time in a world where many people don't have food to eat, access to education and even the love of a family?

Then I think to myself, we each have our part. We each have different talents and strengths, and in our own ways, if we can use those to make the world better, then we are doing something good.

Most of all tonite, I just feel grateful and blessed that I do have choices, and that I am loved. That is a big deal in the world today.

Love is the thing that truly does change the world. Love changes the way we do business. It changes our path, and changes our choices. It's not just love for other people, but also for the planet, and for animals. People who love the planet and love people, don't create dangerous chemicals and dump them into our food supply, air and water. The FDA doesn't love people when it protects corporate interests over safety.

Cliche as it sounds, sometimes it really hits me over the head and I realize so deeply that love between us as friends, as family, as people, is the only thing that can create a new healthier world. It is possible. It's a lifelong path. There are times when I really get it right. Other times I miss the mark totally.

I don't give up on myself, and I hope you don't give up on yourself either!

This show is a piece of the big pie. It's just one little bitty tiny piece.
Hi!

I stumbled onto that Mick Jagger quote and laughed so hard. You know, sometimes life is what we plan it to be, and sometimes it is not!
I think one of the most wonderful qualities in a person is the ability to set goals, and also the ability to allow for maximum flexibility. Should I say, Maximum with a capital M?!
I would love to hear your thoughts on the Bruce Lipton and John Welshons shows! In some ways, I think they had opposite viewpoints. One is all about how we create our reality and our biology through our thoughts. Which is totally true. But is that all there is to it?
The other is about leaving room for the unanswered prayers. If you haven't listened in yet, please do and let me know what you think!
Jo Interviews Bruce Lipton/ The Biology of Belief

"When it comes to sheer neurological processing abilities, the subconscious mind is millions of times more powerful than the conscious mind. If the desires of the conscious mind conflict with the programs in the subconsious mind, which "mind" do you think will win out?
- Bruce Lipton

"The human brain's ability to learn perceptions is so advanced that we can actually acquire perceptions indirectly from teachers. Once we accept the perceptions of others as "truths," their perceptions become hardwired into our own brains, becoming our "truths." Here's where the problem arises. What if our teachers perceptions are inaccurate?"
-Bruce Lipton

Hey friends-

I just posted an interview with Bruce Lipton, author of the fascinating book "The Biology of Belief." You can hear this episode now by going to:

http://www.zentertainment.org/podcasts.html

Bruce has spent his life studying cells, and he says many things we think are genetic, are in fact things that can be changed and are influenced by environment, thoughts, and lifestyle.

Most of us are very familiar with positive thinking and visualization. He says that the real problems are often not in the conscious mind, but in the subconscious mind.

How do you access those thought and then rewrite the tapes that might be sabotaging you? Check out this interview to find out more!

The funny thing is that I totally agreed with many of Bruce's theories, and yet there were some things in his book that I totally disagreed with. Of course I couldn't help but give my ten cents. Listen in to hear why......

Please let me know your thoughts after hearing the interview!
Email me at jodavidson@mac.com
My Unanswered Prayers

Hello!

I have been in the middle of a real estate circus which is ongoing, and so I did not air a show last week. But thanks for your letters regarding the previous week's episode with Robert Moss! It was so fun to explore dreams, coincidence and imagination. I have had so many more coincidences show up in the past few weeks.

I just posted a new episode of Zentertainment Talk Radio that I wanted to let you know about. It is on the subject of unanswered prayer, featuring best selling author John Welshons. His new book is called "When Prayers Aren't Answered"

Have you ever blamed yourself for not "creating your reality" as you would like it to be? Have you felt guilty or that it was somehow your fault when you have had had dark times in your life? Have you ever wondered if God was punishing you? Or at the least, not loving you?

How do we explain the unanswered prayers? When we pray for healing, protection, help in our relationships, and instead are faced with devastating challenges, what does that mean?

When we face the REALLY hard times, do we find a deeper faith or lose faith entirely?

There was a time when I almost gave up on God. I could not understand how a loving God could allow so much suffering.

To be more specific, I could not understand how a God who had the power to cure me and ease my suffering, would continue to let me suffer.

Have you ever felt that way? Can you relate?

Check this out-

http://www.zentertainment.org/podcasts/zentertainment33.mp3

Blessings & yeah, prayers for you heading out your way-not because you're divine, not because you're human, but because you're both
and so am I
( as if I needed to remind myself of the human part)
Dreams, Coincidence & Imagination featuring Robert Moss

"Today after this show, walk out onto the street or wherever you are, and ask for guidance on any issue or question in your life. Big or small. Then play this game. The first unusual or unexpected thing that enters your perception is a message. It might be mysterious or ambiguous. (Street signs, numbers, etc) Pay attention to any signs that come up....

We want to take dreams more literally, and waking life more symbolically."
(To hear what happened when I did this, check out this show)!

*********************************************

Hey!

It is a cold and overcast day today on the east coast, and yet it is beautiful. I am staring out into the waters of the Long Island Sound, where just yesterday there were around 80 wild geese, 50 seagulls and many ducks on my property!

Life is full of so much change. Living on the water teaches me this every day. If I become addicted to the high tide, it is only a matter of hours before the low tide comes, and then my addiction creates suffering if I cling to the past.

When I think I am stuck in the low tide and I see no hope, I only need to wait until the waters rise and coming rushing in. They always eventually do. And every day the sun rises. Sometimes I cannot see it because it is covered in clouds. But it is still there!

Do I doubt the moon just because I cannot see it on a sunny summer afternoon?

Life is a miracle, and I believe that it is full of mystery. I sometimes find myself wanting to get that perfect balance and then hold it. But it's like those things we use to ride on at the park-the "see saw."

Did you ever get on those? The only way to stay in perfect balance is to stop moving. But as you know, that only lasts a second, and before you know it, one person is on the ground and the other is in the air. Back and forth. Life is constantly moving.

I have been thinking about the magical world of dreams. How can our dreams move us towards new awareness? What clues do they offer us? I had a powerful dream the other night which I share in this week's episode with Robert Moss. He wrote an amazing book called "The Three Only Things- Tapping the power of Dreams, Coincidence, & Imagination."

How often have you said to yourself, "It's only a dream," or "That was just a coincidence," or maybe "It's only my imagination?"

Maybe these three things are more powerful than we realize.

Check this magical episode and expect the unexpected!

I would love to hear from you. Send me your stories about dreams, coincidence and imagination!

Sincerely,

Hey! Happy holidays.

If you are looking for a few great gifts here are some ideas!

1. http://cdbaby.com/cd/davidson3

I am offering my holiday CD "Merry Christmas & Happy New York" at a bargain giveaway price! Buy one for $10 and get the second one FREE. This makes a great stocking stuffer! Merry Christmas & Happy New York is a collection of traditional carols I performed on my 1929 Steinway Grand. It is mellow and calming, perfect for late nights and intimate dinner parties.

2. Zen Alarm clocks from www.now-zen.com

This company makes the most amazing alarm clocks! You will wake up to the gentle sounds of chimes and a tibetan bowl. You can also hook these up to your doorbells and phone ringers! Another idea is to use them for "time outs" whether it be meditation, or for your kids! I love these clocks and I think you will too!

3. The organic skin care line from Jakare.com

I love every single one of their products. They use all organic natural chemical free ingredients and fresh batches are made up weekly. A few of my favorites are the french clay mask, the rose mask, and the body lotion! Yummmy.

4. Mary Janes Farm at www.Maryjanesfarm.com

I recently discovered this amazing woman who runs an organic farm in Idaho. She also puts out the most beautiful magazine, and on her site you can order back copies. The photography is stunning. She features articles on non toxic living and farm life, and makes any city girl want to dig in the dirt! Also check out her online store to stock up on organic cotton sheets, bath towels, to order her books, and more! Make sure to buy her Farm Girl budget mix and her organic chocolate bars- need I say more?

****************************************

Ok, now onto this week's show....

Rachel Naomi Remen was only 15 years old and already a freshman in college when she went into a coma for 6 months. She was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and her life from that moment changed. She was told she would be dead at age forty, but here she is in her sixties going strong! She is a doctor, and one of the most soulful people I have had the pleasure of interviewing. I was so blessed by her, and I think you will be too! Perhaps because of her own journey, she has a great deal of compassion and also leaves room for mystery. Rachel was recently honored along with Jon Kabat Zinn, Larry Dossey and Andrew Weil as being one of the pioneers of integrative medicine.

Her books are two of my ALL TIME favorites- My Grandfather's Blessing, and Kitchen Table Wisdom. They make GREAT holiday gifts.

You can hear this episode anytime of day or night on the web at Zentertainment Talk Radio. www.Zentertainment.org

She tells stories that give me chills and make me feel in awe of life and possibilities. I loved her story about the 3 stone cutters, and also about a man named Henry. Make sure to tune it and check this one out!

I have also included one of her articles below. What is the difference between helping, fixing, and being of service?

***********************************************************************************

An article by Rachel Remen:

In recent years the question how can I help? has become meaningful to many people. But perhaps there is a deeper question we might consider. Perhaps the real question is not how can I help? but how can I serve?

Serving is different from helping. Helping is based on inequality; it is not a relationship between equals. When you help you use your own strength to help those of lesser strength. If I'm attentive to what's going on inside of me when I'm helping, I find that I'm always helping someone who's not as strong as I am, who is needier than I am. People feel this inequality. When we help we may inadvertently take away from people more than we could ever give them; we may diminish their self-esteem, their sense of worth, integrity and wholeness. When I help I am very aware of my own strength. But we don't serve with our strength, we serve with ourselves. We draw from all of our experiences. Our limitations serve, our wounds serve, even our darkness can serve. The wholeness in us serves the wholeness in others and the wholeness in life. The wholeness in you is the same as the wholeness in me. Service is a relationship between equals.

Helping incurs debt. When you help someone they owe you one. But serving, like healing, is mutual. There is no debt. I am as served as the person I am serving. When I help I have a feeling of satisfaction. When I serve I have a feeling of gratitude. These are very different things.

Serving is also different from fixing. When I fix a person I perceive them as broken, and their brokenness requires me to act. When I fix I do not see the wholeness in the other person or trust the integrity of the life in them. When I serve I see and trust that wholeness. It is what I am responding to and collaborating with.

There is distance between ourselves and whatever or whomever we are fixing. Fixing is a form of judgment. All judgment creates distance, a disconnection, an experience of difference. In fixing there is an inequality of expertise that can easily become a moral distance. We cannot serve at a distance. We can only serve that to which we are profoundly connected, that which we are willing to touch. This is Mother Teresa's basic message. We serve life not because it is broken but because it is holy.

If helping is an experience of strength, fixing is an experience of mastery and expertise. Service, on the other hand, is an experience of mystery, surrender, and awe. A fixer has the illusion of being causal. A server knows that he or she is being used and has a willingness to be used in the service of something greater, something essentially unknown. Fixing and helping are very personal; they are very particular, concrete, and specific. We fix and help many different things in our lifetimes, but when we serve we are always serving the same thing. Everyone who has ever served through the history of time serves the same thing. We are servers of the wholeness and mystery in life.

The bottom line, of course, is that we can fix without serving. And we can help without serving. And we can serve without fixing or helping. I think I would go so far as to say that fixing and helping may often be the work of the ego, and service the work of the soul. They may look similar if you're watching from the outside, but the inner experience is different. The outcome is often different, too.

Our service serves us as well as others. That which uses us strengthens us. Over time, fixing and helping are draining, depleting. Over time we burn out. Service is renewing. When we serve, our work itself will sustain us.

Service rests on the basic premise that the nature of life is sacred, that life is a holy mystery which has an unknown purpose. When we serve, we know that we belong to life and to that purpose. Fundamentally, helping, fixing, and service are ways of seeing life. When you help you see life as weak, when you fix, you see life as broken. When you serve, you see life as whole. From the perspective of service, we are all connected: All suffering is like my suffering and all joy is like my joy. The impulse to serve emerges naturally and inevitably from this way of seeing.

Lastly, fixing and helping are the basis of curing, but not of healing. In 40 years of chronic illness I have been helped by many people and fixed by a great many others who did not recognize my wholeness. All that fixing and helping left me wounded in some important and fundamental ways.

Only service heals.
Restoring Harmony and Balance with Feng Shui Master, Pun Yin

Zentertainment Talk Radio #29

Hello and Happy Thanksgiving week!

As I sit here writing this, it is cold, wet and rainy outside. I am thinking of lighting a fire in the fireplace. I could use some warm apple cider....

**************************************
1 gallon apple cider
4 whole cinnamon sticks
3 tsp brown sugar
2 whole cloves

Pour apple cider in crockpot, add spices and turn crockpot to low. Cider is ready when hot.

Notes: Enjoy as a warm drink for the holidays!

***********************************

This year has brought many things. Challenges, moves, transitions, learning, praying, struggling, and laughter too. Around Thanksgiving, we usually are encouraged to spend this time reflecting on all we are thankful for. Well, I know many of you are going through difficult challenges in your lives. Maybe being thankful feels tough.

Write down something that is really hard for you right now in your life. Write about the reasons it is hard, what it is like to face this thing. Let it all out.

Now take that list and find one small thing, one pearl of something good that has come out of that adversity. Write it down.

Believe me, I am not talking about erasing the challenge, diminishing the true tests it has brought or even denial. No this is not denial at all. But just look closely, and see if you notice one good thing that has come from something that feels very difficult.

Have you ever been somewhere and gotten lost, only to realize that you discovered something new and wonderful while you were lost? Maybe you stumbled upon a new restaurant, store, a hidden walkway, met a stranger who became a friend, or even discovered a hidden talent within yourself.

While there is great value in knowing where we are going, I think it is sometimes when we get lost that we find the true way.

What am I grateful for? That I am alive, for my wonderful husband, my family, my friends, my cat, my gorgeous piano, my computer, my camera, that I have food to eat, a roof over my head and a warm bed to sleep in, that I have clean water to drink and bathe in, that I have music and art, photography and creativity, passion, hope. I am grateful for having a car to drive, for where I live, for the choices I have. That I can walk and hear. And so much more...

What about you? What are you challenges? And what are you thankful for?

This week I wanted to air a show that is about harmony. I wanted to give you a head start on some new tools to work with for this coming year.

In this new episode of Zentertainment Talk Radio, you will learn about how feng shui can help you balance the energy in your home, bring you success at work, help to restore harmony in relationships and even sleep better. You will learn some tips on what you need to know before buying or renting a new home. You can get the commercialized version of feng shui from many books and lectures, or listen to this episode of Zentertainment Talk Radio to hear and learn from a true feng shui master.

Born in Hong Kong, Pun Yin was taught Feng Shui by her father, Master Tin Sun from the age of ten. Master Tin Sun has studied and practiced Feng Shui for over fifty years, ten of which he apprenticed in a Chinese temple in Canton, China. The Tin Sun lineage, authentically passed down to Master Pun Yin, makes her one of the very few Feng Shui practitioners in the West trained in the classical traditions – requiring an apprenticeship of more than a decade.

Pun Yin has worked for Donald Trump, (She brought feng shui to one of his projects, and construction was completed one year ahead of schedule), The Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and many others! Find out how you can meet Pun Yin and get a consultation for you or your family:

http://www.Zentertainment.org/podcasts.html

This episode is sponsored by one of my favorite places in NYC, the 1871 House B&B/Inn.

If you are looking for wonderful holiday gifts, consider a consultation with Pun Yin! If you happen to be visiting NYC, enjoy a stay at the 1871 House.... And lastly, you can now order my holiday CD "Merry Christmas & Happy New York!" Available on the store page at www.Zentertainment.org

Have a great Thanksgiving week, and THANK YOU for being a part of this show!
Are you happy with your Job? Are you in alignment with your highest purpose?

Hey!

I am so excited about this week's show!

This amazing book called The Alchemy of Abundance came into my life. It is written by Rick Jarow, and the book as well as the CD in the back of it is changing my life. I have listened to SO many visualization and meditation CDs. This is up there as one of my two favorites.

Are you happy with your job?

Is your work fulfilling, and are you in alignment with your highest purpose?

How can you live from a place of abundance versus scarcity?

What do you love to do so much that you would do it even if you weren't being paid?

What is your body telling you? What are your feelings around home, money, relationships?

If you would like to make changes in your life and step into your true purpose, check out this great book and CD! I have been listening to the CD everyday. I also suggest following his instructions on how to listen to it, which are listed in his book "The Alchemy Of Abundance." The CD comes in the back of the book.

This is one of those interviews full of great quotes and inspiration. You might want to get out your notebook and pen and jot a few things down.

Get ready to step into your passion and your calling!
You will notice that you have two versions of the aspartame controversy with Cori Bracket, but only one is actually featuring Cori Bracket and one is labeled John Perkins. They are the same show.
